Fabregas to fight for place

Chelsea midfielder Cesc Fabregas has stated that he will not be leaving Chelsea and that he will be fighting for his place.

He made this statement amidst rumors that the player will be leaving Chelsea after having been left out from the team in the opening game of the season. This omission has given rise to various rumors that the player might be moving to Juventus and Real Madrid in the days to come.

However, Fabregas believe that his place is at Chelsea and said that he is willing to work hard in order to get his place back. Antonio Conte has stated that it is not a personal issue, and it is only because Oscar and William seem to be more in form than the Spanish midfielder. The Italian manager believes that Cesc Fabregas can get back into the team if he works hard in training.

Cesc Fabregas believes that Chelsea has a strong team this season and that they can challenge for the title. He said that Antonio Conte is a good manager and that he is slowly changing the team to fit his strategy. Although he is finding it hard to break into the team, Cesc Fabregas believes that the competition for places will be beneficial for the team and that it will force the players to work harder in training.

Fabregas said that he would not choose the easy route and seek a transfer from the side. Instead, he is going to make more effort in training so as to convince the manager to select him for the next games. He said that the season is long and that there will be plenty of opportunities for each player to get playing time on the side. At the moment he wants to focus on his football and see how it goes in the long run.
