Arsenal captain Cesc Fabregas has been ruled out of the Carling Cup closing with a hamstring damage, manager Arsene Wenger has confirmed. Fabregas limped off right after just 14 minutes of Wednesday night’s 1- Premier League win over Stoke and will pass up Sunday’s clash with Birmingham at Wembley.
